“I’m the best thing you’ve ever done? Man, I feel sad for you.”

The minds (and several of the actors) behind The 40-Year-Old Virgin are back with a surprisingly likeable movie. The most difficult thing about this movie is defining its genre: romance, comedy, drama, date movie, guy flick, low-brow, shock??? There are parts of it that fall easily into each category. Regardless, the result is a thoughtful and, at times, warm-hearted tale with some hilarious moments.

The story centers on Alison (Katherine Heigl, Grey’s Anatomy), a beautiful up-and-coming TV personality (who has a striking resemblance to our own Powder) who has a drunken one-night stand with (mostly) loveable loser, Ben (Seth Rogan, The 40-Year-Old Virgin). As you could guess from the title of the film, she gets pregnant.

NOTE: there are a few moments near the end of the film that will turn your stomach!!! Even the most hardcore horror fan may go “ewww” and drop their popcorn.

Well, I warned you.
