I have to admit I have become a huge fan of Sir Anthony Hopkins over the many years of his career he has given many wonderful performances. Fractured is no exception. I found this film to be brilliantly clever with Sir Anthony Hopkins leading the way with excellent acting. I can’t think of anyone else that can use a facial expression to give you a chill and creep you out. Hopkins plays a highly intelligent business man who discovers his younger wife played by Embeth Davidtz is having an affair with a young police detective played by Billy Burke.

With cold calculating forethought Ted (Sir Anthony Hopkins) murders his wife and leads a young hot shot district attorney played wonderfully by Ryan Gosling on a path filled with deception and mystery. You will love watching Hopkins manipulate everyone involved. I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing a murder mystery this cleaver in many years and found it very entertaining. I highly recommend this film and look forward to seeing it again myself very soon.

This movie was brilliantly acted, directed and its many twists and turns had you on the edge of your seat. Anthony Hopkins is always consistently brilliant. At times in this movie you were transported back to Hannibal Lecter with the chilling facial expressions…love it. Ryan Gosling the young lawyer was extremely well cast. Loved it from beginning to end.
